You need to provide the original drawings with dimensions, preferably in CAD format; the time for producing apartment drawings is generally 7-14 days after the completion of demand docking, and for villas, it is within 30 days.

Please be informed of our dissatisfaction handling policy as follows:
1. We will provide two floor plan layout options. After confirming one layout and design style through discussion and revisions, we will produce renderings. Revisions to the style renderings are free of charge.
2. Design services differ from traditional products: dissatisfaction is highly subjective and hard to quantify. Refunds are final, as designs cannot be resold, and the effort and creativity invested by designers are non-recoverable.
3. Refund terms by stage:
- 90% of design fee refundable if dissatisfied during the requirement discussion stage.
- 60% refundable if dissatisfied during the floor plan design stage. After plan confirmation: 5 free revisions (no structural changes); USD 50 per additional revision.
- 40% refundable if dissatisfied during the 720° panoramic rendering production stage. After plan confirmation: 3 free revisions (no structural/style changes); USD 200 per additional revision.
- No refunds once construction drawing production starts. After plan confirmation: 3 free revisions (no structural/style changes); USD 200 per additional revision.

We assure you that we will do our utmost to deliver satisfactory home design services.

After the design is completed, we will provide a product procurement list. All products will be marked with their ex-factory prices from China, and you can freely choose whether to purchase them from China. If you decide to purchase from China, we will arrange for an international logistics company to ship the products; however, you will need to bear the international logistics costs.

We have a design team of over 500 people in China, with company addresses in Guangzhou and Changsha. Moreover, our design service follows a "design-first, payment-later" model: you only need to pay for the subsequent stage after confirming each step of the work. If you are not satisfied, you may terminate the service at any time.

Before the production of all products, we will reconfirm the size, fabric, and craftsmanship with you; we will sign a purchase contract with you, which is protected by law. Before shipment, you can come to China to inspect the products or confirm them via video. We will only arrange for shipment after you have confirmed that all products are correct. The production cycle of the products is generally 30 days, and the shipping time is determined by the logistics company at the time of shipment, usually 2-4 weeks.
